Construction sub-contractor is looking for a AP/HR clerk. Ideal candidate will have Timberline experience, have processed payroll in-house, have 2+ years AP experience, familiar with lien waivers in construction, and familiarity with certified payroll/prevailing wage. This is a direct hire position and we are looking to start ASAP.

Here is a list of current duties, additional ones may be added as needed.
• Codes such items as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, credit memos, etc. with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system.
• Handles all vendor correspondence via phone or email.
• Attaches the corresponding purchase orders to incoming invoices with all supporting documentation and or receives proper signature authorization on all invoices.
• Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
• Prepares payable check runs with detailed report and provide back-up invoices.
• Enters and posts all invoices.
• Reconciles various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omission.
• Process and maintain vendor information for Timberline, from invoices provided by vendors, reviewing instructions, accompanying items to determine proper disposition and crediting accounts in accordance with standard procedures.
• Works with Accounts Receivable to obtain lien waivers.
• Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons.
• Performs other duties as required to support Controller
• Monitor accounts payable aging for proper payment.
• Enters daily & bi-weekly timesheets for payroll processing.
• Audits and process vacation/sick leave request & logs.
• Maintain all deductions (ie..uniforms, tools, child support, car wash, fuel etc.).
• Prepares & audits bi-weekly payroll and reports for approval.
• Update and maintain employee records via Timberline.
