Greenling is seeking a total Accounting Controller PRODIGY to count our beans, build out our financial processes, integrate them into all operations, and keep everything flowing perfectly. Your existing skill set, honed to near perfection through years of intense accounting efforts, will rapidly raise our game. You'll dazzle everyone with spreadsheet skills, accounting mastery, super-powered work ethic, and amazing operational insights. Because of your involvement, a year from now we'll look back and see the huge impact the improved reporting and planning have had on our ability to reach our goals. Based on your amazing output, everyone will be humming the same, super-informed song!

Qualifications
• Operational Accounting/Controller experience
• Sufficient years of experience to be an expert while still enjoying actually doing the work
• Insightful reporting and the most effective planning techniques
• Amazing with Microsoft Office applications, Quickbooks, and other SaaS tools
• Experience managing and motivating a team
• Background with small, rapidly growing entrepreneurial environments
This is a salaried, W2 position with full benefits including health insurance, life/dental/vision, personal time off, and more FREE Organic/local food than you could possibly eat (we share the rest with soup kitchens).
