Objective:
Assist and facilitate the completion of client transactions to achieve sales goals and enhance the client experience so that each Advisor can concentrate on prospecting, meeting and securing relationships with their clients.
Responsibilities:
• Be the first line of communication when clients e-mail or call in and assist with any issues that can be completed before reaching the Advisors
• Prepare documents for client appointments for each Advisor
• Prepare financial planning documentation via retirement projections, portfolio snapshots and asset allocations
• Complete paperwork for multiple product types and route to clients and various firm operations as specified by the retirement plan
• Research information beneficial to the client and advisors to facilitate requested transactions and promote sales opportunities
Requirements:
• Series 7 and 66 licenses (7 is required willing to discuss 66 with the right candidate).
• Texas General Lines Agent license
• The ability to use computer systems, including word processing, marketing software, and financial analysis tools
• Courteous and professional use of the telephone in communicating with clients and others
• This position requires the cognitive skills necessary to problem solve various client and Advisor issues and requests
