Tattoo/Punk/Evil Art work needed for clothing line (New Mexico)

Too Fast Apparel, www.toofastonline.com, is looking for tattoo artists or others to draw up some new stuff for our clothing line. Currently, Too fast is one of the top ranking websites for punk clothing and tattoo clothing. When submitting designs please let me know your rate of pay. STYLES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Old School Traditional Tattoo Art (pin ups, horseshores, swallows etc)
Day of the Dead Art, but punk style
Kustom Kulture Rockabilly/Hot Rod/Greaser Art
Horror B-Movie Type shit
Girly Punk Designs (think switchblades, leopard print, skulls, hearts, brassknuckles etc..)
Evil Old style Heavy Metal type art work (Like Old slayer designs, pentagrams, goatsheads, etc)
Punk/Tattoo Kids tees designs
TO SUBMIT DESIGNS:
A rough sketch is fine, you don’t need to spend a ton of time on it, just so we can see where you are going with the design..
You can send a jpeg of the sketch to us at Maureen@toofastonline.com the jpeg should be for a pc and can be like 4 inches high by wide..
FINAL VERSION:
EVERYTHING GETS PRINTED ON BLACK SO..A black background is a must..
It needs to have CLEAN LINES , no jpeg images, final image should be BIG
300 DPI and 15 inches by 15” so we can print the designs on shirts really big..
