Gas is expensive so I do not want to drive around to look at them. I need something quality, that makes a good impression to store /protect approx. 50 prints mounted on 16x 20, & 25 13x19...What portfolio box do you recommend & where do they have it at the best price ? Will I need more than one box ? I keep reading something about hinges, how are the pictures hinged in the box ? I've never seen a portfolio box for photos in person & the pics on the web don't help.

Xerox Transfer Help...Does anyone know why some copiers work and.... (Austin)

Hi,

I have made xerox transfers in the past, but the location I made the copies at is now closed. I simply used a Xerox black and white copier and lacquer thinner and it worked great. (maybe the one I used was an older copier?)I currently cannot find a copier that the transfer will work with. I dont know if its the type of copier, toner.. I am clueless as to why some copiers work and some don't. I would like to know if anyone knows why and what type I should try to use...? Thanks for reading;)

This meetup starts with some socializing with the group and new people introductions. It's common to see people showing off their metal art work so bring any if you would like to. There are demonstrations of various machines or tools usually, so if you have welding clothes and a dark hood please bring them if you plan to participate. Demonstrations consist of MIG welding, oxy/fuel welding and cutting, plasma cutting, electric bandsaw cutting, forging steel rods and objects, and other hand tool demos like grinding and piercing metal materials for art fabrication.

Pantheon Productions, an independent film production company, is shooting an HD feature film entitled "Waiting Rooms" from June 2nd - June 19th. Preproduction is already in full swing. We are looking for eager souls willing to work for experience, credit, and free lunches.

HAIR STYLIST - Responsible for hairstyles from 1983 to present day, gradual greying of two main characters, and basic hair styling and continuity of five main characters within given time period.

MAKEUP ARTIST - Responsible for basic film makeup for up to five main characters daily, and the gradual aging of two main characters through the use of prosthesis (bald cap, cancerous legions, etc.). Do not let your lack of experience shy you away. We embrace the need to learn and research these methods, and would welcome an honest, inexperienced, eager worker.

I bought some Print-to-the-edge Postcards by Avery and can't seem to get them to pring to the edge. I want to print some photos on one side and my name, etc. on the other side. I thought I had the images sized properly, but just don't really know. I have a Canon Pixma Pro 9000, and I have Windows 2000 & Photoshop.

This is for a pretty extensive art project and I would love it if someone could help me figure this out. Thanks!!!
