seeking sysadmin/tech partner hosting farm (south austin)

i operate a small network & hosting farm. my clients hire me to assist in hosting various Internet servers, custom web & network development, etc. my experience in hosting online services began in early 90s.
i'm looking for another (local to Austin) individual/freelancer who also does this type of work. my thought is that we can partner and assist in each other's sysadmin and other tech duties to enable vacation/travel and/or sick time. i'm not looking for someone to take over this operation, but rather someone whose skillset is complimentary to mine own.

additional info: i'm looking for someone who has a hosting operation of their own and is looking to team up. i am not looking to hire, but rather to partner so we may each not be the sole responsible person for each network. you should have hosting clients & income stream already. tech i operate: cisco network devices, linux & mac os x servers.
