Xycarb Ceramics, Inc., a growing Quartz Manufacturing Company in Georgetown, Texas is seeking a full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER to join our team.

THE REQUIREMENTS (Must have)
·A minimum of an Associates Degree in Accounting
·A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the customer service Manufacturing field or equivalent
·Proficient and accurate use of specific but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, Lotus Notes, and ERP-system (SAP)
·Able to speak and write in two languages, English and Chinese and/or Dutch. (Preferred but not required)

THE ROLE
This ideal candidate will know the principles of good management and how to apply them when overseeing the customer service internal staff. Has a natural ability when dealing with commercial issues. Understands the basic principles of marketing, and can speak and write in two languages (English and Chinese and/or Dutch). Verbal fluency is a minimum at the deliberation level. A complete understanding of the company’s procedures for handling orders, quotations, and complaints are a must. Manager must come to understand the range of products from the factory and their technical and commercial possibilities.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
The manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the customer service group and also responsible for the optimal forecast of information in relation to the sales and customer base structure. Is responsible to set up the line of succession for orders and quotations. Working within a vertically narrow market with a proportionally small line of customers, whom make up a great deal of the company’s turnover, a small indiscretion can be devastating to the company, therefore, individual responsibility is extremely high. Additionally, carry out all sales support functions, which affect the Customer Service Manager, Sales Representatives and customers. This is done in such a way so that the order intake will not only increase, but also, all orders will correctly arrive complete, on time, and in the right place within the production factory. In addition, all quotations will be delivered on time and in a completed format to the customers and/or contact persons

The Customer Service Office Manager will perform all duties expected of a manager. One will manage personnel within the department. The manager will be responsible for maintaining a professional operation and keeping harmony amongst the personnel. The manager will interface with Human Resources on personnel issues. The manager will conduct annual and periodic performance review with the personnel. The manager will adhere to all company guidelines, documents and procedures as it pertains to the department and its personnel
