iEnergizer of Texas is looking for a call center Quality Assurance Developmental Specialists to oversee the internal monitoring sessions as required by client contractual agreement and center standards. This includes monitoring of all team members for quality and performance to objectives. The QADS evaluates agent performance as it relates to contact standards, sales, customer service, etc. He or she prepares, evaluates and maintains all necessary reports for the team, as well as assuming a leadership role in the creation and delivery of special studies and reports for clients and center management.
The QADS also assists the management team in evaluating programs, daily metrics and overall campaign performance, and ensures all “contact standards” are fully implemented in every customer/client interaction.
