*Courteously answer incoming customer phone calls, following quality standards. <br>
*Initiate individual customer cases by gathering and entering customer data and details into your personal computerized system. <br>
*Evaluate the need for escalating each customer case, or personally manage the case to resolution, following established policy and procedural guidelines. <br>
*Contact various internal departments and external resources to clarify information, seek guidance, and gather information to resolve customer inquiries. <br>
*Review escalated calls with Team Leader for resolution/assistance and close the escalated case with a follow-up phone call to the customer upon resolution. <br>
*Keep current with center procedures and practices, client product information and updates, and online resource tools. <br>
*Respond to customers through follow-up phone calls, and process customer fulfillment requests through appropriate departments. <br>
*Mediate customer issues on behalf of the client, and make discretionary decisions on use of client promotional funds. <br>
*Generate customer correspondence, as needed, using the client template. <br>
*Place outbound calls, as required, using scripted questions to obtain marketing information, to meet client marketing program initiatives.<br>
<br>
Qualifications <br>
*High school diploma or equivalent. <br>
*General knowledge of Windows-based applications and ability to navigate a computerized information system.<br>
*Minimum 1 year customer service experience.<br>
*Good verbal communication skills. <br>
*Ability to type 35 wpm net.<br>
*Able to successfully pass background screenings.<br>
<br>
*General Motors call center located in South East Austin near the intersection of Ben White Blvd and Riverside Dr*<br>

Skills/ Requirements<br>
Must possess the ability to stay calm and professional in a pressure situation while keeping customer satisfied. <br>

Ideally, I would like to find someone full time that has an interest in staying with us for a long time. I also need someone who doesn't mind working at both stores when needed. <br>

Our store hours are 7AM-6PM Mon-Friday and Saturdays 7AM-5PM. We are closed on Sundays (with excpeption of some holidays) . Your hours will most likely be in the afternoons from 12-6 Mon-Sat. The holidays are our busiest times so they are mandatory should you want employment. (I.E. Valentines Day is the busiest day of the entire year) <br>

The RFP Account Manager is directly accountable for increasing Request for Proposal (RFP) activity within his/her designated market(s). The RFP Account Manager will be assigned a portion of the country and will work in conjunction with Account Executives to achieve RFP engagement goals and identify revenue opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Contract Services, this individual will act as the primary RFP point of contact for all client Contract / RFP Managers and will be expected to gain comprehensive understanding of each client's RFP processes and timelines. <br>

Job Responsibilities:<br>
<br>
- Serve as the primary contact for bid management related engagement and assist customer with all facets of services contract bidding.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<br>
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction<br>
- Training customers on the SiteStuff Procurement Tool<br>
- Gathering and maintaining detailed customer activity and history for management and tracking purposes<br>
- Creating, consulting and assisting in RFP creation and submission<br>
- Prospecting for and recognizing SiteStuff revenue opportunities<br>
- Supervising bid responses, service provider inquiries and bid completeness and thoroughness<br>
- Maintaining detailed call records for all client interactions<br>
- Researching customer issues exhibiting troubleshooting, time management and customer service skills as well as following SiteStuff's customer support policies and procedures<br>
- Completing follow-up work generated by calls, which includes callbacks and executing on commitments made to customers<br>
- Promoting and maintaining positive customer relations in a respectful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional manner<br>
<br>
Job Skill Requirements:<br>
<br>
- Commercial real estate industry experience is strongly preferred<br>
- Candidates with experience managing request for proposals, budgets or contract services bidding will be strongly considered<br>
- Previous Work Experience:<br>
* Proven track record in customer engagement and revenue generation<br>
* 2-5 years experience in account management or sales support<br>
- Education<br>
* Bachelor's degree or accredited business institute graduate, some college course work or equivalent work experience preferred<br>
- Computer proficiency<br>
* Proficiency with internet (ability to navigate websites)<br>
* Good Word skills (internal and external communications)<br>
* Excellent Outlook knowledge (internal and external communications and scheduling)<br>
* Excellent Excel skills (report creation and metrics tracking)<br>
- Ideal candidate will also have experience in:<br>
* Sales or account management with commercial real estate customers<br>
* Demonstrated ability to produce results while working autonomously<br>
* Understanding of property management issues, including services contracts<br>
- Ideal candidate will be able to:<br>
* Communicate SiteStuff value proposition relative to customer's specific needs<br>
* Think strategically to create a market plan, work with key personnel to implement plan, and track success of plan<br>
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills<br>
