Provide 1st level application support for the Sage Fundraising 50 product.

Provide 1st level “overflow” support for basic technical issues in the Sage Fundraising 50 product.
Escalate any unresolved support issues, with all pertinent information included, to appropriate personnel.
Provide coverage for incoming calls and electroincally submitted cases.
Document each support incident in the call tracking system in a clear, concise, understandable and professional format.
Identify additional product, professional services or training needs clients may have and provide information to the Sales department as appropriate.
Contribute to the knowledge base by submitting ideas, authoring new or editing existing KB articles and identifying obsolete articles.
Take responsibility to become fully trained on multiple product lines within the business unit. Analysts work with their supervisors to manage their own training. Training includes additional products/modules, customer service skills, related technology skills, etc.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

Strong user-level skills with Windows XP, and/or Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to work well with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and administrative personnel to accomplish objectives.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to identify and analyze problems, propose solutions, and anticipate problem areas before initiating action and implementing solutions.
