Responsibilities:
Create effective, engaging designs that support business objectives, adhere to established brand guidelines and meet legal requirements, with minimal direction
Shift between a creative and a technical focus depending on the project need and/or the type of project
Collaborate with marketing on how to continually improve the effectiveness of promotions; continually develop and test new approaches
Lead design projects and other creative initiatives proactively (e.g., redesign of templates, style guide, or process improvements), set deliverables and deadlines, and help to drive projects to completion
Research and learn emerging technologies
Communicate and sell your design solutions to senior management and colleagues

Responsibilities:
Recommend and drive implementation of new features on the Demand Studios website.
Facilitate and manage improvements to Demand Studios content production systems.
Survey marketplace for similar approaches and evaluate how Demand Studios might do things better / differently or leverage successful techniques where they exist
Create project requirement documents that clearly state the core functional goals with supporting wireframes to illustrate your concepts
Manage a cross-functional team (Development, QA, Design, Marketing, etc.) to deliver features and fixes on time and at or above expected business goals
Actively identify and manage risks to ensure predictable outcomes
Meet with stakeholders and participate in strategy discussions for product roadmap. Instill processes to keep living roadmap highly visible and accessible to all stakeholders so direction can be adjusted as needed.
Possess working knowledge of technologies being applied to implementation of product
Work closely with project contributors to better understand costs and benefits of each initiative as an aid to prioritization
Identify dependencies, assumptions and constraints that affect the outcome of each project
Plan iterations and lead inspection efforts throughout life cycle
Requirements:
At least 5 years of significant product / project management- experience in an online media site, social networking site, or ecommerce site
Must be a committed team player, able to work both independently and interact with executive management, and other staff members
Demonstrated project management skills
Exceptional analytical skills
Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Working knowledge of the product development stages and process, and the technologies involved in web development
Proven ability to manage in a constantly changing environment with the ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity
Occasional travel may be required

You should have copious amounts of experience in object-oriented PHP5 and MVC frameworks as well as plenty of HTML and CSS. You will be interfacing directly with clients and end-users, so your communication skills must be top notch. You should be entrepreneurial-minded, able to juggle multiple hats, and be excited to take on challenging tasks. You must like fast-paced environments and enjoy working hard and being a part of a team.
