Turkeys Tackling Hunger! $20 buys one family a box with a turkey and all the trimmings for a holiday meal.
Help the Hays County Food Bank "Tackle Hunger" now through the end of November. This annual campaign raises money for Thanksgiving meals for families in need throughout Hays County. Last year, 1376 families recieved a box and due to the economic slowdown, we anticipate the need for this year at about 1600 families. Many people have lost jobs and are struggling to make ends meet. They need YOUR help!
