Join us Friday, May 9th from 5:30-8pm at the Lee Mannix Center for Canine Behavior in Oak Hill and treat your dog to an unforgettable night!
It's about simulating "the chase" for your dog. The chase is generated by a continuous-loop line through a series of pulleys in a non-uniform set of turns. A white trash bag (the bunny) is attached to the line to attract your dog's attention. Open to all physically fit dogs regardless of size or breed.
We recommend the following: (1) Take your dog on a nice long walk or jog before Lure Coursing to get them warmed up; (2) Do not feed your dog for several hours before Lure Coursing; (3) Encourage your dog to potty before Lure Coursing;(4) Encourage your dog to drink plenty after she runs. Please ask a LMCCB staffer if you are unsure about your dog's fitness level. $5/first run, $3 each additional as time allows.
Registration is not required for this event. Just meet us at 6901 Old Bee Caves Rd ATX 78735 on Friday night. Please email lmccb@lmccb.com or call 512-371-DOGS with any questions. And visit our website www.LEEMANNIX.com for other upcoming events. See you Friday!
