It's modeled after the Mies Van DerRohe Barcelona daybed. It is a genuine leather with a polyeurethane coat. It was manufactured by Four Hands. Online, this daybed generally sells for $1400 - $1800. The licenced DWR.com version sells for over $7500.
There are nicks on the bed's wood frame mostly at the corners. They could probably be colored in with a furniture marker. Condition wise, on a scale of 1 - 10, I would still give it an 8.
The table is another contemporary design classic. It is a black version of the Eileen Grey table. It is height adjustable. The functional design allows it to slide under your sofa or bed. So, it's great for breakfast in bed. It was designed in 1927. The Design within Reach version sells for $550.
I would like $1000 for the pair, but will entertain reasonable offers.
