I built this wooden cart to store my Canoe in the garage. The cart lifts the canoe ends above bikes, lawnmowers, etc, but still allows the canoe to roll out under the garage door for easy loading and unloading to vehicle. This cart could be useful for storing/organizing any longer/heavier type items (boards/poles . . . ), the cart is very sturdy (2x6 boards, all joints are with bolts (not screws or nails)and simpson strong-ties are used at the bottom and on on the rails. It easily held my 150# canoe and I am sure it could hold several times that. The wheels are rated at 300# each so they will likely not be a limiting factor. There is also a shelf on the bottom of the cart as shown. This cart cost about $150 dollars in materials, but I sold my canoe and I am moving so I don't want it anymore.

Dimensions of cart:
Width: about 6 ft
Depth: about 5 ft 2"
Height: about 4 ft 7" to rail; there are also back supports which extend a foot higher, but could easily be cut off without affecting the cart much if needed to fit somewhere.

Note: it can probably use the bag from the other mower (model ). Also it comes with a new extra blade and a new gas gas tank for the mower. These two parts alone probably cost $20-$30.

21" Silver Series self-propelled mower (model 10312). The engine is damaged by using regular gasoline. It is set up for mulching and comes with fittings for bagging, side-discharge (accessories probably can be used with the SilverPro mower)

If your looking for great horses these two will fit the bill. Both horses are 4 year olds and wormed on a regular basis. The Philly has an elegant gate and runs with pride. The gelding has had trailer training, coggins, wolf teeth removed. Both need vacinations but have not suffered as you can tell. My kids love these horses but will not spend enough time with them to make them a good horse. Both have had ground work. The Gelding is fast to hook up in the round pen and will do anything you want him to. The Philly has a trust issue with men, but a little work in the round pen would get her where she needs to be. Neither horse is registered and is of mix breed, mostly quarterhorse I think. We have had them a couple of years and they are better than watch dogs. These are GREAT Horses ready to go to work. 22HP, 42" Mower. This mower starts up with a battery jump and lots of choke. Unfortunately, I let it sit long enough for the carburetor to get a little gunked up. That will be a pretty easy fix for the mechanically minded buyer. The other issue with this machine has to do with the mower housing. There is a burned out bearing within one of the mandrels. The owner's manual comes with the sale and I can get you on the right track to ordering any needed parts to restore the mower. Or, one may just want this as a garden tractor for hauling dirt and tools. As the original owner, I purchased this machine in 2003. It's only been used about 8 times per year on average and has many, many hours of operation left to go.
