Cert. in CPR, FIRST AID, lifeguarding, and Child safety State of Texas counselor. She also taught at least 5 days a week for 6 years from everything from scout badges to trails to show preparations.

Well, beginning to teach my teenage daughter to 'drive' and she likes the other JD we have, a GX345 with power steering, so this x324 needs a good home!
One of the sweetest mowers John Deere offers - a JD 2008 x324 AWS (all wheel steer), 20hp engine, quick release 48in mowing deck with mulching kit; 2 years remaining on Factory Warranty - $3595 - save $1000 over new x324 cost and taxes - and still have warranty - approximately 25hrs on the mower.
This mower turns on a dime - only 9 inch turning radius! I have some young fruit trees in the back yard, and with other mowers, it took a bit to mow close - this mower does it with ease. It drives like it has power steering; the linkage for the AWS is very solid. Mow close to edging and trees without having to make multiple passes. Great for a yard/property with many trees or landscaping, yet capable of mowing over 3 acres as rated by JD. JD has offered AWS for a number of years, and they have it "right" with this mower.
Mower deck is quick release - deck wheels rotate to allow the deck to be rolled out to enable service as needed. If you ever pulled a deck out, you know what a pain it can be - but not with this deck! couple of spring pins, and out it rolls.
Mower is solid in all regards. This mower will last years and years - not a big box mower but heavy duty JD mower that can mow acres and last a lifetime.
