In September 2009, CA announced the acquisition of NetQoS for $200 million in cash.

Jim Reinhardt
CEO and Co-Founder, Luminary Micro
In May 2009, Luminary Micro was acquired by Texas Instruments, and continues to operate as an independent business unit.

Bob Bridge
Former CEO and Co-Founder, Zilker Labs
In December 2008, Zilker Labs was acquired by Intersil Corporation.
