Are you tired of reading the same dog-eared copy of Ham on Rye over and over, wishing for friends who read books?
When you go to the bookstore, do you wander over to the magazine section and thumb through MRR, hoping a cool kid will see you and recommend a novel?
Are you a Reader looking to meet other young, attractive Readers?
The Rock and Roll Book Club ATX 2K! is looking to assemble a ragtag band of Readers to share books, ideas, opinions, and in general, start a reading supergroup to be reckoned with.
At the first meeting, we will discuss potential books and authors as well as put together a list of books to start with. We will also decide on meeting once or twice a month based on schedules and attendance.
FIRST MEETUP: Wednesday April 30th. 7pm. Bouldin Creek Coffee House (1501 S. 1st Street)
