BIO Tonya Hofmann

BIO Jim Asher
Born in San Antonio, TX and spent his early years growing up on air force bases and learning at a young age about how to make new friends. While Jim?s dad was in the air force his family was forced to relocate about 20 times while growing up, he also went to 17 different schools. Jim?s dad retired from the Air Force and his family settled down in Rockford Ill. In 1969 he went into the United States Navy served 4 years. Jim is a Vietnam veteran and proud to have to served his country. Jim?s family relocated to central Ohio, after is discharge from the Navy In 1973, Jim worked in several factories until 1974 when he was selected to serve a 4 year apprenticeship as a journeyman electrician. Jim worked as a electrician and did some extensive traveling in order to pay the bills. This sometimes meant living in a tent for several months with just the basic necessities. Jim worked 7 days a week 10 to 12 hours a day on some of these projects. In 1998 Jim secured a full time position with Dell computer as an electrician. This meant he was going to have to sell the tent. Today Jim and his lovely wife are enjoying their time together and have taken time for there personal development and learning about the right side of the cashflow quadrant. They enjoy traveling networking and meeting new people. They have been investing casually in real estate since 2000 and have been involved with NWUSA since Jan 2006. This is where they have acquired more knowledge and the support group for other real estate opportunities. Just last month last month Jim was informed that the facility where he works is closing and his job will be terminated as late as Nov. 2008.
