<description><![CDATA[We are looking for a full time care-taker for my bedridden Grandmother.  Room and board provided, plus $350 a week in pay. Always paid in cash!  Females only. <br>
you will get one 24 hour break per week, and one 12 hour break per week.  In addition to these official breaks, family members are often around which enables the caretaker to sneak away for a couple of hours here and there.  duties include, but are not limited to, cooking, cleaning, giving meds, and changing her adult briefs.  Insurance already pays someone else to come and change her sheets and bathe her 3 times a week.  This is a tough job, but with room and board provided, it could be a really good opportunity to save some money and get ahead.  This job requires someone who is both physically and emotionally capable! 420 friendly. <br>

The CNA state exam consists of 2 parts. There is a written part with 60 multiple choice questions. There is also a practical portion where the state nurse will give the test-taker 5 skills to perform. Your job will be to cover that theory part of the exam and to teach the 38 possible skills upon which the student may be tested.

Sounds difficult, doesn’t it? Sometimes the students think so too. However, we’ve done this for over 6,500 students with over an 80% pass rate, and we’re confident in our class and curriculum.

•	Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain physician office function, work performed, and methods, processes, and personnel used in order to study work problems and procedures, such as workflow analysis in preparation for EHR implementation, communications and information flow.

•	Consult with management and employees to prepare reports, improve organizational system and processes, collaborate with other QI organizations and industry professionals, research healthcare improvement topics and conduct training for personnel.

•	Consult with physician office staff regarding benefits, components and strategies for utilizing EHR for effective management of chronic conditions and preventive services.

•	Perform periodic practice assessments, interpret data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.

•	Track progress of implementations with practices and vendors and act as the key point of contact for issue management during EHR implementation.

As a Support Analyst, the candidate will be expected to respond to user questions with regard to the operation of the Eligibility and Contract Management products in the medical practice. Little to no travel will be required.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the Technical Services Manager. 
<br>

<br>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
<br>
• Accepts initial client contact for support through different media; online support tickets, phone, email and interactive real time chat application. 
<br>
• Proven technical problem solving skills with Windows and ASP applications. 
<br>
• Logs all client contacts and issues. 
<br>
• Assign and categorize support tickets. 
<br>
• Responsible for first-level support and resolution where possible. 
<br>
• Communicates directly with client end users regarding the status of their support tickets. 
<br>
• Verifies support ticket closure. 
<br>
• Researches client issue and redirects to the appropriate MPV resource when necessary. 
<br>
• Attend and participate in internal and client meetings. 
<br>
• Provides clients with the status of their support tickets within agreed to Service Levels.. 
<br>
• Monitor system performance and communicate any known issue to clients in real-time. 
<br>

<br>
EDUCATION: Bachelors’ degree or greater in related field, or equivalent education and experience. 
<br>

<br>
EXPERIENCE: 
<br>
• Minimum 3 years experience working in the healthcare industry. 
<br>

<br>
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: 
<br>
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Independent problem solving and self-direction are critical. 
<br>
• Exposure to healthcare software through experience with practice management systems (i.e. IDX Flowcast, IDX Groupcast, Epic) or hospital billing systems. 
<br>
• General knowledge of healthcare insurance billing and insurance networks (MCA, HMO, PPO, etc.) and the contract affiliations that pertain to providers and clients. 
<br>
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks, take initiative and prioritize work under pressure. 
<br>
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required. 
<br>
• Capable of becoming an expert in the use of MPV’s Contract Management and Eligibility application. 
<br>
• Experience in a technical helpdesk and/or customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry. 
<br>
• Experience with detailed and concise documentation or technical writing. 
<br>
• Capable of training how to use MPV’s Contract Management and Eligibility applications based on the role of the personnel being trained. 
<br>
• Ability to redirect client inquiries, when appropriate to the other functional areas with the appropriate level of information, to assist in resolving the client’s issue.

• Works well in a team oriented structure to achieve goals.

We are currently hiring Bilingual Patient Service Representatives for our Cedar Park Call Center.

Summary
<br>

<br>
Provide scheduling assistance to Lone Star Circle of Care patients and perform insurance verification duties. In addition, Patient Service Representative will perform appointment confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules.  Under general supervision, exercises some discretion, makes routine decisions based on existing scheduling guidelines and will assume other duties when assigned. Frequently interacts with the Call Center Team, Clinical Staff and works under the supervision of the Call Center Manager.  
<br>
Responsibilities:
<br>
Provides initial customer service to all patients including but not limited to, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, using a multi-line phone, and performing data entry into the NextGen Electronic Practice Management (EPM) software system. 
<br>
Completes confirmations call two days prior to a patient’s scheduled appointment with Lone Star Circle of Care. 
<br>
Provides conflict resolution and responds to patient grievances in a timely manner. 
<br>
Verifies patient insurance in accordance with Lone Star Circle of Care guidelines. If the patient is uninsured the Patient Service Representative will inform the patient what information they will need to bring for the sliding fee screening process in accordance with LSCC guidelines.

Preferred Requirements:

Proficiency in Spanish
<br>
6 months prior medical office, healthcare setting, or call center experience 
<br>
Computer Skills
<br>

This position is responsible for processing all release of information requests and subpoenas in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations. <br>
 <br>
This is a full-time day shift position, Monday-Friday. Compensation averages $12 per hour.<br>
 <br>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br>
 <br>
Completes release of information requests including retrieving patient’s medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record accurately and correctly and transmitting daily, according to requests, established procedures, and established standards of quality and productivity. <br>
Date stamps all requests and highlights pertinent data to facilitate processing. <br>
Validates requests and authorizations for release of medical information according to established procedures. <br>
Performs quality checks on all work to assure accuracy of the release, confidentiality, and proper invoicing. <br>
Maintain equipment in excellent operating condition (inside and out) and troubleshoot equipment issues with assistance from the Help Desk department. <br>
Provides excellent customer service by being attentive and respectful; insures understanding of customer request and follows-through as promised; and being proactive in identifying client concerns, or problems.  <br>
May receive incoming requests including opening mail, assisting walk-ins and telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries, depending on the needs to the client. <br>
Maintains a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance and observes the dress code established.  <br>
Maintains a clean and orderly work area, ensures that records and files are properly stored before leaving area, ensure adequate supplies to meet customer requests. <br>
Maintains working knowledge of the existing state laws and fee structure <br>
Notify District Manager if unable to adhere to daily schedule <br>
Works within scope of position and direction; willingly accepts assignments and is available to take on additional facilities or help out during backlogs <br>
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with HealthPort and client/site policies and procedures, including HIPAA, state/federal regulations related to operations, and labor regulations. <br>
Maintains confidentiality, security and standards of ethics with all HealthPort and medical records information including storage and disposal. <br>
Work with privileged information in a conscientious manner while releasing medical records in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner. <br>
Performs other tasks as assigned including but not limited to the requirement to work at facilities in close proximity to your principal place of business as directed by the Service Specialist, Area Manager or District Manager when business needs dictate. <br>

Must have strong computer software experience – general working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required <br>
