Reporting to the Human Resources VP, the Manager/Director of Compensation & Benefits is responsible for the strategic development, planning and management of the Compensation & Benefits function for all SolarWinds employees and sites. Responsible for the overall communication with our international exchange program participants on a J-1 Work & Travel, J-1 Intern/Trainee, or H-2B seasonal work visa and ensure the quality of their cultural exchange experience in the U.S. Serves as liaison between Host Companies, participants, and AAG program operations teams to communicate successes and challenges before, during and after the season. Responsible for conflict resolution and resolving participant/host company issues, including housing, company problems, job changes etc. The Support Services Coordinator will work closely with nationwide coordinators to ensure participants' paperwork is received, processed, and filed appropriately. <br>
