I so so so agree. We are with your children all day and when we leave, or get off, we are super tired. I work 50 hours a week sometimes 70 and i have NEVER been late OR sick. I have vacation days, but dont use them. I make dinner for the family and do EVERY ONES clothing, and change the bedding! Parents, please stop and just say, hey, thanks so much for what you did today. Or, wow, that dinner was sure yummy. A card, a kind word, or a note on the stove. Just let us know that we are doing a good job and that you are happy with us and that we are part of the family. If your nanny is happy, ever one is happy. :P
plus......NANNY GROUP IS AWESOME....EVERY NANNY SHOULD BE A PART OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!
