searching for partime babysitter/housekeeper (620/2222 area)

We work late on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so we are looking for someone to pick up our 4 year old daughter from daycare and take care of her from approximately 4-5pm---8-8:30pm. We would like some light to moderate housekeeping during that time. Babysitting duties include: picking up from daycare, feeding dinner, some baths, occasionally putting her to bed, entertainment. Housekeeping duties include: changing sheets once a week, cleaning bathrooms and toilets once a week, cleaning the kitchen, picking up the house, vacuuming, some laundry, etc. Availability on 1-2 Saturday nights a month would be helpful but is not required.
References, drivers license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation needed.
$12/hour for housekeeping/babysitting tues/thurs; $10/hr for weekend babysitting.
