Sunrise Pre-K is a licensed, in-home, academic program for children ages 3-6 years.
* Certified teacher in early childhood education and reading.
* CPR and First Aid certified.
* 1:6 teacher to child ratio.
* Follow the TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills)for pre-kindergarten.
Sample schedule
8:00-8:45 Warm welcome/Interest centers
8:45-9:00 Snack
9:00-9:15 Circle Time
9:15-10:00 Outside Play
10:00-10:30 Small literacy groups/literacy centers
10:30-11:00 Creative Movement
11:00-11:30 Art/Science/S.S.
11:30-12:00 Small math groups/math centers
12:00-12:30 Lunch
12:30-12:45 Journal Writing
12:45-1:00 Story Time
1:00-2:30 Quiet Time
2:30-2:45 Snack
2:45-3:30 Outside Play
3:30-4:00 Interest centers/games
4:00 Parent pick-up/Fond farewell
**Parent drop off and pick up times are flexible. This is only a sample schedule. The schedule is based on the children's needs**
