Tuition is due EVERY Friday. You must pre-pay for childcare in advance
Cash is the only means accepted
Up to 40 hours of childcare ONLY are:
$135.00 a week for (1)one child
$235.00 a week for (2)two children
$375.00 a week for (3)three children
For anything over 40 hours, please E-mail me.

There is a one time yearly NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $150.00 (per child--there is a 15% discount for siblings if enrolled at the same time) due at enrollment. First and last weeks tuition is due at time of enrollment.
There is an application process. There is no fee for that.

I agree with that lady that response to your question. If you have a wide schedule, that's dosn't mean you have to keep the kids until the parents wants it, at least you and they make previous arragements.
Some parents are nice and ask how much they owe you for extra hours, but some not, they just take advantage of your schedule, so I suggest you need to have two or more full time schedule for weekdays and a rate for each, that way they know in advance what time needs to pick up the kids.

I need childcare for my son Cohen, who will be three in June. He is potty-trained and loves to play with other kids. I need care starting on June 1st, my friend (who has a childcare business and who watches him) has decided to move. I just can't justify driving so far with gas prices the way they are. I need a childare in the cedar park or the leander area. I live near 2243 and 183 and drive to the parmer/1431 area for work-so anything between those two areas will work. I don't want to drive passed parmer and 1431. I am looking for a place that will prepare him for pre-school and has a day packed with fun, structured events. Right now I am paying $145 per week and don't mind paying up to $160 per week as long as there is a lot to offer. Actually- I am an in home provider that has a parent (the mom is a friend of my husband's) whose previous childcare provider called her on a Sunday night at 10pm and said she was closed until further notice. My parent had been with her for a little under a year- she paid for childcare for 2 weeks in advance and also had paid the last week's deposit.
The mom has still never heard from her provider (over 7 months) and has gone to her house several times, but the lady will not come to the door.
I have been keeping her son and have NEVER had a problem with getting payments. I do not charge a deposit, but I do ask for the last week's payments. Since she had already lost money and was burned a little- I let her spread out the last week's payments over a 4 week period- but I still got the money.

My point is that not all parents lie, providers are just as capable of burning parents. I have never had a problem.
I run my "business" (home daycare) on a mutual consent. The kids/ parents follow my rules, but I allow a lot of compromise too. We have very open communication, so there are some conflicts, but not a lot. I have never checked their references, but I might start if I get burned at some point. I guess- Never say Never!
