Her name is TWINKLES, she is a black cat with orange patches. The picture below is NOT of Twinkles, but it is a good example of her coloring. She was last seen around noon or so today, but it might be earlier. She has a blue collar on, with a pink, heart-shaped tag on it with her name, and 3 numbers you can reach us at. I think I put in our address but I'm not sure. In any case, she disappeared just south of Manchaca & Old Manchaca, in the Preserve at Slaughter Creek subdivision. She often ventured through our fence to the west side of the Canterbury Trails neighborhood. The street closest to us, the one she would end up at from going through our fence, would be Coats Circle in that neighborhood. She could be anywhere in the vicinity of Manchaca & Boyds way, so please, keep your eyes peeled for her.

I've got two little girls, 6 and 8, looking wholeheartedly for our cat, as am I, my fiance, and my mother and father in law. If you see our cat, even if she (oh please no) has been run over, please let us know so we can have her back safe at home, and, if we must, give her a good burial. I'm begging, imploring, pleading for anyone to watch alongside of the road to see if they see her, or if she pops up in your backyard, please at least call us and let us know so we can know what general area to search.

Twinkles is a very sweet cat, almost two years old. She has all her shots and is spayed. If you see a cat that fits her general description, please let us know so we can look in the area. She responds to a whistle. You kind of have to make it a HIGHlowHIGH whistling sound, which doesn't come across very well in text, but if you've ever whistled for a pet you know what I'm talking about. Please, please, please help.

He will have to go to the pound soon.
Showed up last night.
We already checked all the immediate neighbors - nobody claims him.
Hate to send him to the pound because he is definitely somebody's kitty.
Likes to be held/petted way too much, so it's obvious he's used to it.
I'm afraid someone dumped him off.

He is obviously well cared for and very fun loving.
He did have on a choke chain with rabies tags from Emancipet, when contacted they said that he was adopted out from a smaller shelter. We have contacted this shelter, though with such a small staff and all their files being on paper it is taking along time for them to get this information to us.
We want to get him back to his family as soon as possible.
