Seeking Production workers in Beef Slaughter/Fabrication Facility
Job Duties will be related to slaughter and boning of carcasses. Jobs require ability to lift up to 40 pounds with a high degree of manual dexterity.
Fabrication/Harvest and Shipping Area:
Starting Wage $12.10
Grade Pays + base rate:
Grade 9 $16.85 Grade 6 $12.85 Grade 3 $12.35 Grade 8 $15.60 Grade 5 $12.75 Grade 2 $12.25 Grade 7 $14.60 Grade 4 $12.55 Grade 1 $12.10 Overtime
40 hours in any one week or +8 hours in one day are paid rate of 1-1/2 times their hourly rate.
Paid Vacations
*After 1 yr service = 1 week
*After 3 yrs service = 2 weeks
*After 10 yrs service = 3 weeks
*After 20 yrs service = 4 weeks
*After 25 yrs service = 5 weeks
*Non-Probationary employees have 8 paid holidays
Benefits:
*Effective after 1st of month after 5 months
*$10.00/week cost to employee for single or family coverage *Health, Dental, Life, Prescription, Short-term disability, pension, & 401K PPO In-Network 90/10, $300 single/$600 family deductibles
Plant is a Union Facility
