The Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America will provide Soccer & Scouting as part of our outreach programs that allows "at-risk" kids to participate in Scouting. Without the funding provided through the organization, these "at-risk" kids would not be able to participate in Scouting. The Boy Scouts of America provides the resources for such things as books, camp scholarships, Scout trips, membership dues, and support staff that provide the dedicated leadership that creates a positive experience for many youth.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Donor Recruitment
• Develops and implements plan to recruit donor mothers including advertising, community listings, trade shows and conferences, promotional items, outreach to healthcare providers, breastfeeding classes, hospital breastfeeding bags, etc.
• Tracks and regularly evaluates effectiveness of donor mother recruitment strategies, honing strategies as needed with input from clinical staff

The primary responsibility of this ministry will be 9-12th graders and their families. The current set of responsibilities include planning and conducting weekly group meetings; providing or overseeing group Bible studies, group worship and special events; and planning and conducting all senior high youth activities, retreats, mission trips, and service projects.

Job Description: PeopleFund is seeking a highly qualified Director of Loan Programs to lead its Small Business Loan Program. The Director of Loan Programs works with PeopleFund’s senior management team to develop program strategy, and has primary responsibility for managing the loan program’s marketing, underwriting, client training and portfolio management. This includes managing a growing $6 million portfolio of loans to small businesses and community organizations. Primary Tasks:
- Develop annual work plan to meet PeopleFund’s loan production (40-45 loans annually) and community impact goals
- Execute a marketing strategy that increases awareness of PeopleFund’s services in 5 county region.
- Create goals for loan team and manage each individual’s performance to those goals
- Monitor and continually revise underwriting guidelines and overall risk management strategy
- Supervise team of 4-6 staff including performance evaluation, coaching, and professional development support so that team members achieve their potential
- Partner with Development and Finance teams by reporting on grants, government contracts and investor capital; collaborating on new initiatives; and participating in public speaking
- Utilize trend analysis to assess portfolio risk and other indicators
- Develop program budgets and manage program related income to meet budget goals
- Oversee loan underwriting, including all aspects of due diligence.
- Continue to improve proprietary financial models for underwriting
- Ensure strong portfolio health through risk analysis
- Oversee collections. Control loan losses and delinquencies
- Devise expanded education and training to clients
- Supervise the loan closing process. Ensure all clients fully understand their responsibilities. Oversee all loan document preparation. Ensure all liens and paperwork are filled out timely and correctly
- Retain legal counsel for special assets
- Measure outcomes. Define market opportunities. Devise strategies for furthering community impact
- Maintain a strong and credible reputation for the organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years underwriting/portfolio management experience including collections experience.
- Proven ability to revamp a marketing strategy to reach new objectives, and preferably targeting low-income communities and/or small businesses
- 3+ years responsibility for managing a program with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding goals
- 3+ more years supervising, leading and motivating a diverse team
- Demonstrated self-starter and problem solver
- Ability to prioritize while being pulled in different directions
- Ability to remain flexible and work with changing priorities when necessary
- Superior communication skills and an ability to adapt to a wide variety of audiences, including direct reports, senior management, clients, funders, and public audiences
- Strong analytical skills with willingness to use qualitative and quantitative data in decision-making

The Frontline Senior City Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day
operation of the Frontline program in a particular city and its
surrounding areas. The Frontline program’s objective is to

Duties and Responsibilities:
Development Department
• Maintain an accurate, updated agency donor and volunteer database.
• Coordinate and perform database maintenance. Provide database training to staff as needed and assist with database queries.
• Develop and maintain the Development filing system and hard files.
• Prepare and send donor Thank You letters ideally with 24 – 48 hours of receipt of the gift and within no more than one week.
• Assist with special projects, meetings, and events.
• Assist with grant acknowledgment letters and reports.
• Prepare information for donor and prospective donor visits.
• Provide administrative support.
• Assist with special fundraising events and solicitations, including facility, food, logistics, and communications.
• Attend Development Committee Meetings and takes notes. Prepare agendas, meeting logistics, and other support materials at the request of the Development Director.
General Support – Serves as back up only as needed
• Cover for the front desk volunteers by answering the phone, assisting with the mail, and greeting visitors.
Capital Campaign:
• Help maintain clear records and requests

Working Conditions:
Work duties primarily occur in the Khabele School setting. Will occasionally involve attending meetings and functions at locations other than the school. The Frontline Senior City Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day
operation of the Frontline program in a particular city and its
surrounding areas. The Frontline program’s objective is to
increase the
financial strength and political clout of Greenpeace by recruiting

The Board of Directors of the newly organized Austin Clubhouse, located in Austin, Texas, is seeking a full-time Executive Director. The Executive Director will work in partnership with Clubhouse members, community partners, and a strong Board of Directors to open an ICCD Clubhouse in Austin.
Summary: Initially, the Executive Director will work with the Board on start-up and development of the Clubhouse. This will include networking and gathering community support, raising funds, securing a program site, and recruiting members. The Executive Director will ultimately be responsible for managing the operations of the Clubhouse, including program administration and development, day-to-day fiscal management, personnel, public relations, marketing, fundraising, and quality assurance. We are seeking a highly motivated person interested in bringing this successful, internationally recognized recovery program to Austin.
The Clubhouse Model: Austin Clubhouse, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation formed by concerned community members for the purpose of establishing an ICCD-certified Clubhouse for adults with mental illness in Austin/Travis County. The organization is committed to providing social and vocational rehabilitation programming using the model of the International Center for Clubhouse Development (ICCD). This model is a community-based approach that is designed to complement existing treatment options and exists as part of a larger continuum of care. The scope of the Clubhouse model extends far beyond available services and programs, which focus on crisis management and short-term treatment. Instead, the Clubhouse provides a safe and welcoming place, valuable work to perform within the organization, opportunities to socialize with friends and co-workers, and access to employment and resources in the wider community. Participation is voluntary and membership is without time-limit. The Clubhouse provides ongoing support at no cost to members.
Clubhouse research demonstrates that members experience decreases in hospitalization and incarceration, improved sense of well-being, and higher employment rates when compared to participants of other types of programs. Austin Clubhouse expects to achieve similar outcomes.
Our vision is that the Austin Clubhouse will be an essential community resource: a vibrant, vital cooperative of adults with mental illness. Austin Clubhouse will deliver high-impact, recovery-oriented services so that all members can build and enjoy a life worth living. * 5 years experience working with individuals who have chronic mental illness and/or co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders; understanding and belief in the recovery process and the Clubhouse model
* Experience in nonprofit or human services management, preferably in developing and managing a start-up nonprofit organization, including ability to develop and execute strategies for fundraising, public relations, and advocacy
* Experience working with a Board of Directors
* Familiarity with community support systems, health care and human service resources; familiarity with the Austin community
* Have a clear understanding of, ability to articulate, and a commitment to the values and beliefs of a Clubhouse program for people living with mental illness
* Highly organized and focused, self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to handle multiple tasks
* Strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours with a diverse group of people
* Willingness to attend 3-week, paid, out-of-town, intensive ICCD training
* Currently live in Austin, or willing and able to relocate to the Austin area
Compensation: TBD based on qualifications and experience.
