o	Scan documentation by segment<br>
o	Index file using label/title segment (virtual filing)<br>
o	Reassemble hard copy paper files by department and file<br>
•	Create database foundation for paperless project used by entire company<br>
o	Utilize de-duplication tool<br>
o	Verify completion of all fields and input information <br>
o	Load all information into system and create account files<br>
•	Generate segmentation of sections within each file<br>
•	Notate discrepancies, issues, problems for investigation and correction<br>

Qualifications/Requirements:<br>
•	Education: College graduate or College senior (preferred)<br>

We are looking for an individual who has a desire to advance, is reliable, flexible, and a multi-tasker. Our ideal candidate would be interested in transferring into a sales, wedding coordinator or event manager role. Must have excellent organizational skills, develop objectives, evaluate facts, determine courses of action, resolve onsite problems, establish priorities and deal effectively with guests, staff and the public.<br>

Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:<br>
<br>
·         Customer check-in and check-out<br>
<br>
·         Multi-line telephone operation<br>
<br>
·         Data entry<br>
<br>
·         Reporting of customer surveys<br>

·         Assisting with Event Reservations<br>
<br>
·         Balancing multiple groups through updating and maintaining Rooming Lists, BEO’s etc.<br>

Salary is based on experience and housing on site is suggested.  If living on property, salary would be up to $17,000.  If living off-property, salary would range $20,000-22,000.<br>

Liaison is seeking a dynamic marketing and admin professional to be a part of Liaison's creative services team located onsite at a Fortune 500 company in Austin. For 30-40hrs/wk on an ongoing basis, you'll have the following responsibilities:<br>
- Billing Support: collect and process weekly project billings and invoices within company's accounting program.<br>
- General Support: assist team with tracking and updating their projects in the group's project tracking database system;<br>
- Records Management: gather various records and distribute to the account service/production teams or file in company archives;<br>
- Creative Project Management/Traffic Support: support project managers with web projects.<br><br>
 
Background & Experience:<br>

As much as possible, it is our intention to have the field management update and manage their own content as much as possible.  From a practical standpoint, this person needs to provide a structured framework for users to manage the content.  <br>
Post Content - Post content in a well organized manner on Google Sites.  This person will perform the content management and updates in cases where the end user does not have the technical ability to perform these tasks.<br>
Manage Security - Manage security for the multiple web sites.  Depending on the content, and as appropriate, manage the people and groups that have the ability to make changes to the sites.  Proper security settings must be implemented and managed to avoid sharing sensitive information outside of certain groups of people.<br>
Edit and Process Video - Edit videos of company meetings, interviews, and training sessions.  Our intention is to use Google Video to provide video resources for management that is published through Google sites.  Once the videos are edited appropriately they must be encoded and uploaded to Google in a format that provides the best mix between quality and file size.<br>

Work Experience Requirements<br>

Position requires knowledge of claims processes to receive, assign claims and direct claims professionals; supervise work of independent adjusters and appraisers; determine coverage; settle claims; negotiate salvage; and pursue subrogation where appropriate.  Responsibility for monthly activity and claims reports to departmental management identifying problem areas and/or Members’ concerns; identify problems and concerns to the Pool’s Reinsurer; and comply with reporting requirements to the Pool’s Reinsurer.<br>
Applicants must have three to five years experience and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.  A general knowledge of construction and specialized training in adjusting property claims is desired. 08/All Lines Adjuster’s License is required.<br>
