Sweet cat needs loving home!!! (Round Rock/Hutto)

We found her and a litter of kittens in our backyard (NOT ferrell). She has been living in our house for the past four/five weeks. The kittens have all been placed in loving homes and we are looking for a family for "mama".
She is very sweet and affectionate!! Litter boxed trained. Looking for responsible family that will get her spayed. We can't keep her as we already have five cats of our own.
We are willing to purchase a certificate for the cost of spaying at the veterinary office of your choice.
If she's not adopted by Sunday, she will be taken to the Animal Shelter.
