WONDERFUL SMART DOG (Austin)

I have a wonderful smart little girl that needs a new home. My work situation changed and I cannot give her the attention that she deserves anymore.
She is a beautiful 15 months old female that needs a home with a big yard to play in. She is a medium-sized dog (35-40 pounds) that loves to go for walks, hiking trips and is also an excellent jogging companion. She is definitely an outdoor dog that needs lots of mental stimulation. She loves to play with other dogs and has never threatened another dog, nor growled at any dog. She likes to hang out with her pack in the house at nights and is also an excellent watch dog.
She went through some dog training and is eager to learn whatever you want her to learn. So far she knows the following commands:
Sit - Paw - Leave it -
Down - High Five - Jump -
Stay (duration and distance) - Play dead - Find your ball -
Drop it.
The first few months of her life she spent with some not so dog friendly people and sometimes she still gets scared of certain people (especially tall men wearing hats). So she really needs a lot of love and attention. But she deserves it, she is a great dog.
To make sure that she comes into a good home with loving people that take this serious the adoption fee will be $150. She got lots of toys, her crate, water fountain, leashes, and her pet bed that we would like her to keep.
