LOST FRIENDLY BLACK & WHITE CAT (NORTHWEST HILLS)

I've been missing my cat since April 15th. He's black and white with a black patch on his chin - and his eyes look like he's wearing a black mask (like a cat burglar).
He's very friendly. He had a tag on with the name Felix but I'm afraid it may have fallen off.
I am offering a reward to anyone who finds him!
