I was indoctrinated to be patriotic by public schoolins.
However I'm an agnostic, so when one nation under God comes during the pledge I remain silent.
But I do, I repeat, I do put my right hand to my heart and sing the whole pledge, excuding the God part. My right my beliefs my principals.
This nation is great without God and I'm good without God, as a matter of fact our nation has remained great due to the seperation of church and state.
Can you name one theocracy that allows absolute freedom of expression? Iran perhaps? Afghanistan under the Taliban perhaps?
