Hey, gas is a necessity and so is water even more so! Maybe we need to add more tax to help clean up the water, Put it on the stock Market and Buy and sell it just like Gasoline. Think of it! The revenues that could be generated in taxation. Even at a Penny a glass. And if we make cars that run on water then your competeing with transportation therefore raising the stock price the price per galon and ultimately the Tax base for the REPUBLICAN Goverment! And this time no tax breaks for the top 1% but outright stimulous checks! Sorta akin to the one time payments we get this may for perpetual increase's in Taxation via higher consumer prices!!! Perpetual verses One time . You do the Math!!! Republicans are rulers of the universe!
