By now many people have got it figured out. There are at least two major schools of Islamic thought. One is non-violent and one violent. Each finds justifiable reason for their conduct in the Koran.

There are American Muslims who are Americans who practice the Muslim faith. The vast majority of these are non-violent. There are Muslims living in virtually every country including America who are first and foremost Muslims committed to subjecting the world to Islamic law. There is no limit to their violence nor is anyone exempt.

These Muslims derive their philosophy form the Koran. They believe there are only three options when they encounter an infidel, that is, a Christian, Jew, or non-Muslim. They are to convert them. This is often done at the point of a sword. Second, they can conquer them. That is how the “faith” spread. Third, they can kill them. There is no fourth good option.

A few years ago a friend emailed me from the Near East saying he had lived in the Muslim milieu all his life and he hoped Europe would awake before it was too late. His concern is well founded.

A segment of the Muslim world is still simmering from the failure of their ancestors to conquer all of Europe and impose Islamic law. When Ayatollah Khomeini returned to Iran he urged Muslims to move to Europe to claim it for Islam. They have moved there by the millions with that intent.

What is happening in France now is being represented by most of the media as resulting from economic conditions. It is not. It is politically and religiously motivated. Among Muslims of this persuasion the two are inseparable.

France thought they could placate the seething cauldron of Islamic aggression by not siding with America in the Iraq War. Not so. The unrest is spreading to other European countries for the same reason. Within France there are Muslim communities demanding to be left alone and governed by Islamic law not French law. Thus, they want to be a country within a country. Some major French cities are over seventy percent Muslim. They vote.

On our thirty trips to the Near East we have heard Muslim youth say they were moving to America. Most always said they were moving to Michigan. I was in Detroit recently and they did move there. There are more Mosque than churches. Vast areas of the city are occupied exclusively by Muslims. If there is an American city vulnerable to what is happening in Europe it is Detroit.

Whether you like President Bush or not he is right about there being a global war of aggression. In June 2004, President Bush was greeted in Paris by posters reading: “George Bush # 1 Terrorist.” Some of the same people carrying those signs have been burning cars recently.

Initially Islam expanded by the sword. As their numbers grew so their aggression intensified. At the edge of the sword they moved across North Africa and up into Spain. The Balkans as far as Turkey fell before their sword. They conquered Istanbul, the center of Eastern Orthodox Christianity, with an army of soldiers consisting of children of Christians who had been captured and “converted” to Islam under threat of death. The King of Austria was the military source for stopping their onslaught. However, there was a greater influence in halting the advance. A large group of Muslim intellects realized how they were doing what they were doing was wrong and they brought influences to bear to stop the trend. That is the primary hope to stop the global aggression that has once move emerged. Till then our military is our guardian. Appeasement doesn’t work. Ask the French.

QUIETLY OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT, AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College.

Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the
scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as President. When reached for comment in London, where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue. Britain's Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K.
In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by
citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20? A. Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel under? A: There are only three possibilities. 1) He traveled with
a U.S. Passport, 2) He traveled with a British passport, or 3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981? A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981. Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport. If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008.
Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

Immigration?

There are many familes who are in my situtation and who are suffering the consequences of humiliation and unjust because they have a loved one who is not a threat to children but are listed in the same category as rapist and pedophiles. At 18 my husband had mutual sex with a 17 year old in college. They met at a party and the 17 year old portrayed herself as a college student at that time. They got comfortable with each other and had sex. The party got raided and they got caught. The police took in my husband and from there the state picked up his case because the girl did not want to press charges. Because alcohol was involved with their meeting, my husband was convicted of 5 years probation and community service. After his five year term of community service, he was supposed to have been released from his conviction and be done with it. However, when they passed the laws to make all sex offenders register for life, he got grandfathered into it and is now experiencing the unjust and humiliating actions that come with it when people find out that he is a sex offender. I have been married to my husband for 13 years and we have three children, a two year old, a 9 year old and a 14 year old. I can assure you that he is not a threat to children or society. We have lived in a couple of cities and have never had a problem with choosing where we want to live because he is not considered a pedophile or a threat. However, we recently moved to another state and have been told that he can't live or work within 2000 ft of a school, a daycare, or a college. Well, we only moved there because he got a job transfer for a great career opportunity. Unfortunately, his job is near a school and so is the house that we are living in. He is being forced to quit his career and move away from his home. Because of this, it is putting a strain on our family and we may need to move back to Texas because of this. He is currently staying in another place that is not 2000ft from a school and our family is having a hard time with this. I do not see the justice in this and how this is making society a better and safer place. Yes, I do want to know where the high threat sex offenders are for the sake of my own kids and they should be registered for life. But not someone such as my husband who did what so many college students do at that age (have mutual sex) nor has he repeated his offense again. He has proven to be no threat to society. �Democrats� claim government mandated insurance is humane because people shouldn�t die because they don�t have health insurance. "Republicans� talk about liberty, that people should not be forced to buy a product or service. Really, where have I heard that before?

Rush Limbaugh and some other �conservative� radio hosts are talking about this being the first time in American history Americans would be forced to pay for a service. What??? Apparently Rush has never heard of an obscure group calling themselves "government"?

Government is a service you�re forced pay for. How did that escape the most brilliant �conservative� minds?

How can republicans/conservatives and democrats/liberals talk about being humane and loving liberty? If there was no delay on radio and call screeners, maybe we�d hear people on air calling these guys on their glaring hypocrisy.

Let me make this perfectly clear: if you believe there should be government, then you�re neither humane nor a lover of liberty.

I don�t care if that angers you; as long as you advocate any level of government you are inhumane and an enemy of liberty. Statist (democrat, republican etc.) claims of being humane and lovers of liberty are vox et preterea nihil, as empty as the political campaign promises you always believe.

I�m sick of the usual political deflections and personal attacks when we, lovers of humanity and liberty, point out the truth, truth you already know; but refuse to apply to your owners. That�s right, the politicians own you and you know it. You rant and vent your anger towards people who actually love liberty instead of directing your contempt at the ones stealing your energy to the tune of TRILLIONS every year.

Here�s the truth you keep hiding from: Taxation is compulsory. Is that really so difficult for your government schooled mind to accept? We all know this; but you call me an idiot insisting I move to Afghanistan rather than you being an adult and accepting this simple truth and what it means. Sean Hannity always says, �Elections have consequences people.� Funny thing though, paying taxes has consequences too Sean.

And what does it mean? Despite all your voting, you don�t voluntarily support governments. Governments have no voluntary support; they are violent parasites - no one wants them. I don�t care how much you think you do, you�re only deluding yourself.

Do you really believe people who force you to pay them are even remotely interested in protecting you? Think about that for a minute; stop watching �reality� TV or texting and really think about that.

They force you to pay them; what does that tell you about their nature? What kind of people force themselves on others? Democrats pretend to be concerned for those who cannot afford health insurance while conveniently ignoring the violence inflicted everyday by a group of men and women no one voluntarily supports. Conservatives pretend to abhor the use of violence to make people pay for insurance while cheerleading the same violence when used to pay for weapons of mass destruction.

I�ve pointed out how politicians admit they have no duty to protect you and instead of being angry with them you get angry with me. Here it is again, �Police have no statutory duty to do anything.� Souza v. City of Antioch, 4/30/1997, 2 Cal. App. 3d 1090, 284 Cal. Rptr. 16.

Do you get it now? There are hundreds of such examples governments have no duty to protect you. You know support for governments is always compulsory. This isn�t some wild �conspiracy theory�; TAXES ARE COMPULSORY; pay or you�ll see who really owns you.

What has to happen before you realize governments are never benevolent? What does it take before you grow up and stop attacking people who point out this irrefutable truth? I could shake your faith in God easier than your faith in government.

They force you to pay for "protection" while admitting they�re not there to protect you. And what do you do? You get mad and call me an idiot and a liar.

So if you still believe governments should exist, then do us lovers of freedom a favor; stop pretending you are humane and love liberty. Grow up - own your depravity.

Because those who truly love liberty are not fooled by your hypocrisy.

Above the Law: A Handy Guide to Democrat Corruption

It's getting more difficult by the day to keep track of which Democrats are involved with exactly what corrupt and/or ethically challenged activities. Earlier this week, YANSID (my handy new acronym that means "yet another new scandal involving Democrats") was discovered.

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) and her husband own as much as $500,000 in stock of the troubled OneUnited Bank. In a direct conflict-of-interest, she intervened with regulators on behalf of the bank. Ed Morrissey asks the rhetorical question: "Did Americans go deep into debt to send bailout money to politically-connected banks and to prop up the investment portfolios of elected officials? Apparently, yes we did."

Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) engaged in a relationship with a Fannie Mae executive while supposedly overseeing the GSE. Fannie's meltdown -- amid repeated financial scandals and Frank's fierce fight to shield them from regulators -- played a critical role in the financial crisis.

Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-CT), the powerful Chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, threatened filibuster after filibuster over additional regulation of the mortgage market while accepting funds and sweetheart mortgages from the very organizations he was supposed to be regulating. In fact, Dodd has yet to disclose the nature of his personal loan deals, despite having promised to do so months ago.

Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY), the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, appears to be the subject of 32 simultaneous ethics issues or investigations including 28 mysterious asset transfers (prohibited by House rules); undisclosed income from his Costa Rican rental property; multiple violations of New York City rent control statutes; killing a tax increase that would have hurt a contributor; and more.

Rep. Alan Mollohan (D-WV), dubbed "the overnight millionaire," is in the news again. He received his nickname because in 2000 Mollohan had no portfolio to speak of while making less than $80K a year. By 2004, he reported having at least $6.3 million in assets that generated income of somewhere around $700K annually. Earlier this week, it was reported that a non-profit funded by Mollohan (with the taxpayers' money, of course) had provided his family with $75,000 in free rent and services.

Rep. John Murtha (D-PA), an unindicted co-conspirator from the Abscam days, has had several ethical clouds hanging over his head for decades. The latest theft of taxpayer money is especially disturbing: Over the course of the past decade, Rep. John P. Murtha has earmarked millions of dollars for the Electro-Optics Center at Penn State University � money that has, in turn, gone to clients of the PMA Group, the Murtha-linked lobbying shop that was raided in November as part of a federal criminal probe..

Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-CA), a member of the Military Construction Appropriations subcommittee, helped award $3.7 billion to companies controlled by her hsuband. Despite an obvious conflict of interest, Feinstein voted for appropriations "worth billions to her husband's firms."

Sen. Harry "Land Deal" Reid (D-NV), the Senate Majority Leader, collected a $1.1 million windfall profit on a Las Vegas land sale even though he hadn't owned the property for at least three years. Reid also did not disclose to Congress an earlier sale in which he transferred his land to a company created by a friend and took a financial stake in that company. The AP learned of the land deal from a former Reid aide who was concerned that the deal had been "hidden from Congress."

Just remember, peons: these jamokes are all still serving in Congress -- without a care in the world -- because they are above the law. They are royalty, not rabble (like you and I). New York, NY (LifeNews.com) -- Last week in New York, the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) with the release of a special report on the impact of the treaty.

While many used the anniversary to celebrate the CRC, some expressed concern about the growing pressure on the United States to ratify the treaty, saying that the treaty�s rights-based emphasis touted by UNICEF is fundamentally flawed.

UNICEF's special edition State of the World's Children entitled "Celebrating 20 Years of the Convention on the Rights of the Child" highlights developments made in the child rights arena. The UNICEF report described the CRC as "not only a historic document" but "a moral compass" that guides people all over the world.

The report boasts that the CRC "has already altered the landscape of children's rights" but that it is still far from being realized.

The report uses anecdotal evidence from CRC proponents to detail the "success" of the convention in the last two decades. According to UNICEF, the CRC has resulted "in the increased usage of 'child rights' language in the vernacular of national and international legal documents, policies, programs and advocacy."

While the UNICEF report returns to a focus on child survival, the report builds on the "rights-based approach" first espoused in the 1990s. According to the UNICEF report, "Under the Convention, children are rights holders rather than objects of charity. Fulfilling these rights is no longer an option for States parties but an obligation that governments have pledged to meet."

Calls for United States (US) ratification from United Nations (UN) officials and international child rights advocacy groups have significantly increased over this anniversary year and especially since Barack Obama was elected President.

The Obama administration has expressed its support of US ratification. During the US election campaign, candidate Obama expressed dismay that the United States was only one of two countries which are not party to the treaty. Earlier this year, US ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice was reported as saying that the US was considering "when and how it might be possible to join" the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Conservative groups in the United States, however, point to concerns regarding the 'rights-based approach' and highlight problems with the CRC monitoring mechanism.

They assert that children should not be totally autonomous rights bearers completely separate from their parents. Opponents are concerned that US ratification of the CRC will erode parental rights and sovereignty.

Critics point out that while the UNICEF report contains a lot of anecdotal evidence regarding the positive effects of the treaty, it is nearly silent on the work of the CRC committee, the body charged with monitoring state compliance with the treaty and consisting of 18 "experts" in child rights.

The report claims that the Convention "sets out common standards" yet leaves room for State parties of finding their "own way of implementing the treaty."

Over the years, the CRC committee has chastised countries for allowing corporal punishment, mandated governments to increase state-sponsored day care, pushed recognition of a child's right to privacy "especially in the family," and pushed for adolescent family planning and reproductive health and sex education programs, despite possible parental objections.

Dem. Bob Casey Will work 2 remove abortion funding from Senate bill (Texas)

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- As one of just two Democrats in the Senate who call themselves pro-life, Bob Casey of Pennsylvania is in a position to become the leader within his party on efforts to remove abortion funding from the health care bill. On Tuesday, Casey said he would do just that.

Casey confirmed he will work to try to remove the massive abortion funding in the bill that comes through the insurance plans offered in the proposed health insurance exchange via the public option and affordability credits.

The House bill includes an amendment by Rep. Bart Stupak that removed the abortion funding and Casey told Congressional Quarterly he will push for something similar, but would not say he would oppose the Senate health care bill if abortion funding remains.

Casey said there is "work to be done" on the issue of abortion funding, adding, There's an obvious difference on where the House came down and where the Senate is."

Casey hinted that he may promote adding his Pregnant Women Support Act as an amendment to the legislation.

That is a bill spearheaded by Democrats for Life of America as a way to put more abortion limits in place as well as funding for social service programs and pregnancy centers that help women with unplanned pregnancies.

"The only other way to reduce the number of abortions ... is to help pregnant women so if they choose to have a child they can get the help and support they need," he said. "I don't know what vehicle that will take, whether that will be one amendment or more than one amendment."

If the amendments to strip abortion funding fail, which political observers say is likely because they will need 60 votes, Casey could join Democratic Sen. Ben Nelson of Nebraska, who has already said he will oppose the bill if it funds abortions.

Although Casey, a Pennsylvania Democrat who voted for a similar amendment to the Senate bill to de-fund abortions that failed in committee, is considered a prospect for putting the amendment forward, Sen. Orrin Hatch has already said he plans an amendment.

Hatch said on November 17 that he would sponsor on the floor the amendment he tried to get attached to the bill in two different committees -- that Casey voted for this past summer.

When asked if his amendment would mirror the Stupak language, Hatch replied, "I think so, I think that's a fair appraisal

Given that, for the pro-life community, Obama's main accomplishment is aggressively promoting abortion funding at American taxpayers' expense, there is another facet of the Thanksgiving message that is noteworthy.

Blogger Jill Stanek noticed the difference, primarily because her daughter had a hand in writing the final proclamation President George W. Bush issued last year.

"Daughter Daena worked as a writer, of proclamations in part, for President Bush during the last 18 months of his 2nd term. Coincidentally, Daena wrote Bush's last Thanksgiving proclamation in 2008," Stanek said.

Stanek compared the 2008 and 2009 proclamations and found that Obama's speechwriters essentially followed the Bush template -- with two notable exceptions.

"I compared President Bush's last and President Obama's first and found the Obama writer pretty much followed Daena's template, with the exception of excluding personal acknowledgment of Who to be thankful to," Stanek noted.

Bush's proclamation reads: "On this day, let us all give thanks to God who blessed our Nation's first days and who blesses us today. May He continue to guide and watch over our families and our country always."

"Obama's only mention of God was in a quote by George Washington," Stanek observed. "And Daena made sure President Bush's proclamation was chock full of thanksgiving for life."

Bush's Thanksgiving message last year read: "We recognize that all of these blessings, and life itself, come not from the hand of man but from Almighty God.... Having arrived in the New World, these early settlers gave thanks to the Author of Life."

"Today, as we look back on the beginnings of our democracy, Americans recall that we live in a land of many blessings where every person has the right to live, work, and worship in freedom," it added.

Stanek concludes, "Of course, Obama's pro-death team scrubbed all that."

Illegal Aliens Moving to Texas in Wake of Tough Oklahoma Law

A Texas-based television station reported last week that experts believe that as many as one million illegal aliens have moved to Texas from neighboring states as those states �toughen up on immigration.� (NBCDFW, November 17, 2009).

The report highlighted the neighboring state of Oklahoma, which in 2007 began implementing enforcement-oriented legislation. This legislation:

Made it a felony for any person to transport, harbor, or shelter an alien in reckless disregard for their illegal immigration status;
Required the state to deny any public benefits to illegal aliens in the country � including driver�s licenses � that the state is not required by federal law to provide;
Gave state police the power to check the immigration status of anyone arrested for driving under the influence or for commission of a felony;
Required state police to detain illegal aliens and transfer them to the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE); and
Required public employers in Oklahoma to use the E-Verify system to electronically determine the work authorization status of their employees. (HB 1804 Summary; CNN, November 5, 2007; See also FAIR�s Legislative Update, November 5, 2007).
