We are looking for a highly motivated Leasing Consultant at our beautiful 198-unit property in Austin, Texas– Stone Creek Ranch Apartments. In this capacity, you will showcase available units to prospective residents, assist applicants with completing necessary paperwork, qualify applicants for leases, and submit proposed leases for approval. To successfully complete these responsibilities, your background and capabilities should include:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of work experience; 1 year successful experience working in a sales capacity would be plus.
3. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
4. Ability to accurately complete basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
5. Intermediate competency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
6. Ability to focus on detail, as well as maintain a broader overall business perspective.
