Our leads come to us looking for information on downtown condos and luxury homes to lease in the general Austin area, but mostly central Austin, west Austin and south Austin. These are internet leads and you will be given 5 to 10 or more per month. They will not all close, but many will if you work them. And many will THEN BUY down the road. Many of our leasing leads are relocation buyers, but they are leasing first. So, in a way many of them are buyer leads who want to lease first. Yes, it's a long incubation process for a deal, but it works for the right type of agent.
