•	Responsible for new, current, and past resident relations.  RAM Partners LLC. is dedicated to delivering Simply, Superior, Service; you must be able to uphold that billing to everyone you interact with.  Also, you must conduct yourself according to the federal Fair Housing Act of 1968.<br>

•	With new prospects/residents, you will give them their first preview of what living at Renaissance at North Bend would be like.  First impressions are key.  You will take & process their applications; you will be the primary point of contact until they move-in.<br>
 <br>
•	Current resident relations involve new tasks everyday.  From handling a maintenance request, to retrieving a balance on an account, you are vital for retaining residents.<br>
 <br>
•	Past residents might have unfinished business with Renaissance at North Bend, but service and professionalism do not end when they move out.<br>
 <br>
Core Responsibilities/Essential Duties<br>

Our leads come to us looking for information on downtown condos and luxury homes to lease in the general Austin area, but mostly central Austin, west Austin and south Austin.  These are internet leads and you will be given 5 to 10 or more per month.  They will not all close, but many will if you work them.  And many will THEN BUY down the road.  Many of our leasing leads are relocation buyers, but they are leasing first.  So, in a way many of them are buyer leads who want to lease first.  Yes, it's a long incubation process for a deal, but it works for the right type of agent.  This would also be a great way for a Realtor to supplement their income since leases are generally easier and quicker than deals.  <br>

Essential Function:

Assist in the analysis of projections vs. actual & present results to management. <br>

Assist in the creation and maintenance of critical date timelines for various contracts inclusive but not limited to property acquisition contracts, lot sales contracts, utility agreements with emphasis on dates of financial obligations and an analysis of 3 dimensional exposures created by the combination of the various legal agreements.<br>

Assist in the creation and maintenance of underwriting check lists and summary memos for individual projects.  <br>
