$19900 / 1br - 360ft² - Elderly Housing or Mobile Home Away From Home (Georgetown)
1BR / 1Ba 360ft2 manufactured
3 axles/6 wheels.
Very clean - MOVE-IN READY!!!
Perfect for a MOTHER-IN-LAW or ELDERLY apartment on your property...that's what I used it for.
Also perfect for your GROWN CHILD who wants to live at home again, and you don't want them in your house again. Just park it in the yard so they keep their mess in their own place.
Or, great IF YOU WORK FAR FROM HOME and don't want to keep paying for hotel bills near your workplace. Just lease a space to hook this up and you have a perfect home-away-from-home.
Everything Works Great.
Very well built building.
Central air conditioning and heating.
You can buy the deck for an extra $500: One side of the deck is 5'w x 24'l. The other side is 8'w x 29'l.
Exterior Dimensions: 12'w x 30'l
- 3'l x 3'w x 7'h

Toilet - extra tall for handicap accessibility.
Windows: 23.5"w x 49"h - yes, they do open and close and each one has a screen.
Refrigerator: Kenmore - works beautifully and HAS AN ICE MAKER with a water filter attached.
Stove: GE - electric and works perfect. There is a hood fan above the stove.
Circuit Breaker Panel is inside the building.
Front and Rear doors open "out", giving more room inside the building.
The center wall between the living area and the bedroom is MOVEABLE, so you can adjust it to make the rooms the size you want. You can see the moveable wall in photo number 4. It is the wall that has the small air vent up towards the top center, and there is a brown door on that wall also.
Bathroom Size (excluding the shower, which is an additional 3'w x 3'l x 7'h): 6'4"w x 7'l x 7'7.5"h. In addition to the main ceiling lights, there is a ceiling exhaust fan with a light, and a light in the shower.
Drop Ceiling Height: 7'7.5"h
Hot Water Heater: electric - 53 gallons
Kitchen Sink Dimensions: 21"w x 19"l (it is over-sized and extra deep)
Exterior Wall Construction: 2x6 lumber
Electricity: Most wiring is in conduit. Bathroom and Kitchen outlets are GFCI for safety.
There is no closet in the trailer. My mom used a free-standing closet (you can get them at IKEA cheap), but you could easily build a closet in the bedroom or in the kitchen/living area.
The front door enters the kitchen/living area, and the rear door enters the bedroom.
This was originally built as a construction trailer. In the 5 years before I bought it, it was used as an elementary school classroom in Florida. It is constructed very well, as are most construction trailers, because they are intended to be moved from one job site to another regularly, and to do so without falling apart for a period of 23 years (yes, that's an odd number...but true...that is the amount of time the IRS gives them for depreciation, so the manufacturers build them to last for at least that long).
When I bought it, it did not have the cabinets in it, nor the refrigerator, stove, 53 gallon hot water heater, or the shower. My boyfriend was a custom home builder for 20 years and did the work to add those things himself, for my mother to move into the building. Everything is done with quality workmanship.
I'm sorry, but I cannot accept payments, I need to sell it outright for a lump sum of cash. When you come to buy it, we will have to meet at my bank to transfer the money, so that they can put it through their scanners to check it for counterfeit bills, and right into my account, before you can take the trailer off of my property.
