Responsibilities - Our clerks are responsible for the "front-of-house" operations. This includes, but is not limited to, waiting on customers, packaging food, running the cash register (you must already know how to make change or bright enough to learn how to do it quickly), maintain clean and sanitary conditions at all times, stock coolers/paper goods, take phone orders, end-of-day clean-up, etc. This is not a hard job, but it is a busy job. We have our "fast and furious" times early in the day and then the customer flow slows down significantly. There is ALWAYS something that needs to be done, so the time does seem to pass quickly.

Other considerations for this position are as follows-
We would prefer someone who is looking for long term employment (at least one year).
The weeks before Thanksgiving and Christmas are the two busiest weeks of the year. You MUST be available for
those several weeks.
Available on Saturdays.
Preferably a non-smoker. Front-of-House employees are often alone at the business for a good portion of the
day. During these times, smoking is prohibited.
Most of the shifts (but not exclusively) are 10hr shifts, starting at 6:30 AM and finishing up around 4:30 PM.

And finally, and most important, you must be a person that is sensitive to the small things that that make this business successful. There will be lots and lots of small bits of information that you will have to learn, retain and apply. These �details� will be carefully and thoroughly covered in your training. If you have a casual approach to details in your life, THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU! Each employee plays a crucial role in the successes, and failures, of this business. Business Standards:
