Hey everyone. We're an artsy couple getting ready to move in to a big house near Zilker Park on December 1st. We're looking to rent out one of the rooms. The house is a two story, four bedroom, two bath, home with a very big yard. The house is almost furnished, but the room is not. We are looking for the right clean and quiet roommate.
All apps will be considered. You don't have to have perfect credit, just a good attitude, clean background, and a cool vibe.
We also have two small dogs and two small cats.
