I'll just start off by saying this is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, which we will be sharing. I have done so in the past, and it's never been a problem; both the room and the apartment as a whole are entirely big enough for two people. But because of this, I would prefer to live with a female (although it is not necessary), and a student (just because of scheduling and all that).
The apartment itself is about 1000 square feet, has a balcony, a kitchen, and is located conveniently on both campus and city bus routes. It's a block away from HEB, and there is an on site pool as well as laundry room. All utilities are included in the rent, which is 362.50$ a person. (The rest of the price comes from internet and cable.) It is pretty much fully furnished, all with my furniture. At the most you might need a bed and a desk, although I can lend out a bed. I would also be more than willing to move out some of my furniture to accommodate more of yours.
We have shared air, so there is no smoking, but there is a lovely shaded balcony. Technically, there are no pets allowed, but in the past both myself and a former roommate have had cats with no problems whatsoever. I personally am ok with well behaved indoor cats and small dogs.
I like to cook, I'm relatively clean, and I am adamant about giving my roommates personal space and respect. I don't drink or smoke or anything, but I honestly don't care if you do, so long as there aren't too many drunken parties and the like. All around I consider myself to be a pretty tolerant person.
The lease runs into July/August, and I really need somebody to move in ASAP, but as late as January is ok. If you contact me, please give me some information about yourself as well as any questions you might have.
