Hi there. I have a 1/1 that I would like to sublet. It is on the third floor with vaulted ceilings. I am looking to move out in January (sorry I don't have a specific date yet and my lease is up at the end of May.) I can email photos if you would like, they are too big for craigslist. The apartment is 702 sq. feet and is very spacious. The kitchen has tons of cabinet space. There are two closets in the bedroom, and one has a shoe rack. The bathroom has a large garden tub. There is a built in desk and shelving. You won't find a better price on an apartment. Like I said, the cable and covered parking is included in your rent.
