This furnished room is located in a 3-bedroom 2-bath house in North Austin. It has a nice walk-in closet with shelves. The house overlooks an "urban farm" style backyard (which backs to a greenbelt) and has organic raised bed gardens, a large greenhouse generally hosting various hydroponic activities, an herb garden, and woodshop. The back patio is covered and has BBQ. Month-to-month OK. I am easy going and live upstairs. Safe neighborhood. Close to the intersection of 620 and 183, Lakeline Mall and ACC Cypress Creek.
