Looking for a professional who is interested in sharing my beautiful 3,000 square ft home in Riverplace w/ a breathtaking view, fully furnished with big screen, surround sound, outdoor fireplace, built in grill, granite countertops, private outdoor patio overlooking the canyon, fenced-in yard, etc. I travel about 30% of the time and work from home. I am a 37 year old female...easygoing, active, fun loving, and have a very balanced life (work/play/travel). $875 INCLUDES ALL BILLS and a parking spot in the garage. As my roommate, you will also enjoy gym and pool privileges to the Riverplace Country Club which is conveniently right down the street! Riverplace is a beautiful community on the West side on 2222 before you reach 620. It takes 15-18 minutes to get downtown depending upon traffic and 8-10 minutes to get to Lake Travis/The Oasis. I also have another large room (16x16) available if you are interested in an additional TV room and/or Office area.
