THE APARTMENT:
- Close to, EVERYTHING (Food trailers, TWO Alamo Drafthouses, 6th St, Austin City Limits, Whole Foods, SoCo etc.)
- Parking permits for SXSW, ACL and Fun Fun Fun Fest (That's how close to everything it is)
- Pool w/ infinity wall and great view (see picture below)
- On-site laundry room (No picture. I think we all know what a laundry room looks like.)
- Fully-equipped kitchen (see picture below)
- Partially-furnished bedroom (see picture below)
- Walk-in closet
ME:
- Mid-twenties
- Works Mon-Fri / 8AM-6PMish
- Past the partying phase of his life
- Considers the apartment a place of relaxation, not socialization (This is no cathouse nor frat house)
- Movie/Television buff
- Non-smoker (that goes for cigarettes, pot, crack, oregano, etc.)
- Very clean (again, part of that whole "relaxation" thing)
YOU:
- Demographic is irrelevant (Consider me the Martin Luther King of subleasing)
- Gainfully employed (info for the front office, not me. Well, a little me, but mostly the front office.)
- Keeps the partying out of the apartment and on 6th St. (West, Dirty or East; no judgements. Just keep it out of the apartment.)
- Respectful (Doesn't leave clothes around the common areas, blast music while I'm trying to sleep, leave messes in the kitchen or bathroom, etc.)
- Non-smoker (see above)
- Very to moderately clean (No messes in common areas. Your room = Your business)
- No pets (HOWEVER, I would consider a cat or WELL-BEHAVED dog)
