Hello,

My roommates and I have one room available in our four bedroom home off East Riverside. Rent is 340/month plus internet, electricity and water.

A bit about the room:
Unfurnished. Nice size and gets lots of sun. You would share a bathroom with Fabian. Melanie has a bathroom in her bedroom and Jason has his own bath downstairs. The room for rent is on the second floor. There is a washer and drier in the house and we have a nice sized backyard. The neighborhood is safe. We nor any of our neighbors have had any disturbances.

A bit about us:
One female and two males aged mid twenties to early thirties. We drink but the house is hardly a "party house". All of us work at starbucks and are pretty laid back people. We like to have a good time and respect each other's space. All of us have different schedules and are in and out but do our best to make our house comfortable. We enjoy art, music, reading, biking, good conversation, and movies. And basically anything else that is interesting. We do have a television but do not have cable.

We are looking for somebody who is nice, pleasant, respectful, and semi-tidy. Our house is hardly the staple of cleanliness but we do our best to keep our sink empty and our floors cleared of junk. We don't mind if you drink, in fact, our fridge usually has a few beers in it, but would ask you to not be a party animal and respect our sleep schedules. Working at a coffee shop means waking up early; sometimes at 3 am.

I live in a great 3br house that is furnished nicely, I will have two empty rooms mid november, one roomate got military orders, the other is moving in with her boyfriend, I would like to stay but need roomates to split bills. I am a 26yr old male that is finishing my degree and running a small fitness company. One of my old roomies was 26 male and the other was 21 female, so I'm not picky as to m/f, just want trustworthy and friendly roomates to share a cool place in a great location. I would prefer to keep roomates that are within 6-7 years of my age, and that are nice people with good references. The lease that we are in now ends in august of next year, and we can either re-sign a new year lease or finish this one out. Due to the one roomate getting shipped out, I have the option to leave without breaking the lease but I really like it here, it's home. All you need is your bedroom and bathroom stuff, I have everything else. Wireless internet, cable, ect... The ad says 600 for rent, but to be honest, we have not had a month that our bills were over 575 a piece for everything, so it's a killer deal for the house, it's a really nice place, check it out. the place is on south mopac and davis ln., literally 7 minutes from downtown.

43 year old professional female currently has a 13.6 x 10 bedroom and private bath for rent on the front end of the house for $375.00 month including all bills. This room is currently furnished with a full size bed, 2 night stands, computer desk, and entertainment\book shelf, ceiling fan, with a walk-in closet. You will have use of all common areas and free internet and cable access. The room is available furnished or unfurnished.

The house is 1200 sq ft and has two master bedrooms on either end of the house and is located in a quite, family oriented, safe neighborhood. You would be a 30+ professional laid back male\female, someone that does not smoke or do drugs and is looking for a nice place to call home and also likes animals because I have dogs and cats.

House is close to Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Super Target, PetsMart, Beals, Toll Road and I-35. A lease will be made to protect both of our interests. $100 deposit is required but will be return upon termination of lease if room is cleaned and rent has been paid.

Recently purchased 3/2/1 built in 1979. Am asking $475 (to help with the added costs of owning a house, mainly taxes). New carpet. Corner room is larger than 9X9ft with closet wider than 5ft. Currently unfurnished with minimal window treatment on its one window facing east. Hall bathroom is yours except those few occasions when relatives visit. Landline & Time Warner cable connections in room. Am considering setting up a wireless computer network for laptop usage. Front-loading washer and dryer. Gas Stove. Living room / kitchen is open plan with TV/VCR/DVD (no DVR) and a couple of comfy chairs. Close to #10/#110 bus line as well as grocery/shopping within one mile. Yard is plushly carpeted with grass with minimal trees and wide back patio. I rarely run the heat or A/C in the fall or spring (Until May 1) but that could change if you are home days. My wife and I own and live in a wonderful 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home with a vacant 14.5 ft by 16.5 ft bedroom which has two closets. I have recently painted the room a beautiful "celestial violet" which is a light lavender color. The window overlooks the new garden in the large backyard.

We are seeking aware, conscious, kind beings who can help to create the organized, peaceful, blissful atmosphere I desire for my home. We want to live with someone who shares our passion and drive and who will help lift the mood for everyone living in our home; someone with whom we can communicate well, easily get along, and grow together; someone who shares the philosophy "Life is a wonderful journey! Every day can be the best day of my life!"
