$6,500 Move-up/Repeat Home Buyer Credit<br>
A move-up/repeat home buyer must have owned and lived in their previous home for five consecutive years out of the last eight years.<br>
The tax credit is equal to 10 percent of the home’s purchase price up to a maximum of $6,500. The tax credit applies only to homes priced at $800,000 or less.<br>
Single taxpayers with incomes up to $125,000 and married couples with incomes up to $225,000 qualify for the full tax credit.<br>
<br>
$8,000 First Time Home Buyer Credit<br>
A first-time home buyer is someone who has not owned a principal residence during the three-year period prior to the purchase.<br>
For homes purchased after November 6, 2009 and on or before April 30, 2010, single taxpayers with incomes up to $125,000 and married couples with incomes up to $225,000 qualify for the full tax credit. The tax credit is equal to 10 percent of the home’s purchase price up to a maximum of $8,000. The tax credit applies only to homes priced at $800,000 or less.<br>

Simple, they have several business lines of credit. What is a business line of credit? It is just a credit card for businesses. A business is a separate entity, with its own credit history. It does not require your personal credit history, assets, or cash to be tied up. <br>

In my ongoing investigations into financing options, I have culled through the claims of the online gurus who say they can get you up to $500,000 in unsecured credit lines to use for any purpose you want. I don’t think you can get that kind of money overnight in today’s economy, but I feel that $20,000-100,000 is possible if you do it right. All you need is the information, and the steps to take in order. And, most, if not all of it, does not require a personal guarantee, or affect your personal credit. It’s worth a read to find out. <br>

I have found that all of this information is readily available from legitimate legal sources. Am I selling you something, no I am not. I am simply looking for new clients to work with as investors. If you have tried Conventional Financing, and Hard Money Lenders, but can't get funding to finance your rehab deals, this can help. <br>
