I am looking for a VERY private room to rent. I am a massage therapist and I need something with very low rent at first....but I don't mind throwing in bonuses so to speak...meaning if I get a lot of clients...I may slip you a $100 here and there.
Now, I've been doing this for about 6 months and currently work out of a hotel. It doesn't set the nicest ambieance so a room in a nice quiet home would be ideal. NO CHILDREN. My clients are regulars for the most part so you should have no fear of weird people coming through.
The last home I worked at was wonderful, just a bit too far for most people. She hated to see me go as she once in a while got almost 900 per month. However, I do NOT want to be committed to more than $400.
If you are a therapist too and would like to share your rented space just call. I don't have a table yet, because most clients perfered the bed. It must be in an area of town that is easily accessible to most clients. Call me...Julia 949-8858
