We're four folks looking to share an office with a company that has excess space. We're interested in the greater downtown area or up through north campus.
We’re a low maintenance group with a few amenities needs:
- High-speed internet
- Access to kitchen a plus
- Whiteboards or an area to hang our own boards
- No need for phone access, as long as there is good internet access
- Most of us bus and bike to work, so our parking requirements are low
- Occasional conference room access
- Copy and fax machine access is a bonus
- Furnished preferred but we can provide our own desks and chairs if needed
