We do complete home care and cleaning to include small renovations (i.e. tiling, replacing fixtures, doors, baseboards, hardware, painting, and etc.). JDS does new fence installation as well as repair of existing fencing. In addition if you are a landlord who needs your property prepped for future tenants than we our your company. We provide total cleanup of any kind of mess left behind and prep for your next tenant. As, of right now all we require to start any job where material is required is material costs plus $150! All other jobs we like to let the customer tell us what they can afford and come to a mutually beneficial agreement. Typically our jobs start at $20! All work comes with a notarized contract to ensure the customer is 100% guaranteed and protected. We strive to make sure everyone we come in contact with is completely satisfied with our work.
