Planet Beach is an award winning Contempo Spa. We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused Spa Consultants to be a part of the new Planet Beach location opening in Southwest Austin.

Job Summary:
Sales Consultants selling Contempo Spa service packages and products for the leading Contempo Spa Franchise in the nation. Work requires substantial knowledge of the automated day spa along with excellent customer service skills. Planet Beach provides an extensive training program to develop motivated employees into the best Spa Consultants in the country. Tasks:
- Answer members' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and membership advantages.
- Recommend products and services to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate new innovative products, explain product and spa features, and solicit memberships.
- Provide customers with superior knowledge of products and innovative automated spa services.
- Consult with clients after sales or membership signings in order to resolve problems and to provide members with a positive Planet Beach experience by offering members the opportunity to relax, glow, and renew using Planet Beach�s superior products and equipment.
- Identify prospective members by using various marketing methods, following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.

Experience:
- 3 Years sales experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in a spa or service industry is a plus.
