Mike Huddleston Construction is looking for an Experienced Sales Representative in our roofing sales division
Mike Huddleston Construction has been established over 25 years.
We have a reputation of being honest, having quality workmanship and professionalism.
We are located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin, Texas markets.
We are looking for long term, dedicated, hard working, and goal-driven, self-motivated sales representatives.
Position is commission based; passionate full-time subcontractors make $100,000.00+ in first year.
Must be responsible for own vehicle, ladders, and all of travel expenses.
No experience needed, we will teach you everything you need to know; only a great attitude is required.
Must not be afraid of heights, you will need to get on two story and/or steep homes.
When starting out with Mike Huddleston Roofing, you will not be paid a base salary. This is a commission only position. To start out you will be training with a team leader and other team members. They will take you out on roof to show you what wind and hail damage look like, how to speak to the homeowner, how to handle the insurance companies, and how to determine cost. For the first 30 contracts you will get 30% of the profit on your jobs, after the 30 contracts you will get a new percentage increase of the profit.
